social service agency but we are known as E.P.D emergency protection division we protect children, family's and their rights So families being persecuted by dcs can receive protective services you and your family can receive counseling services and other various types of therapy services and coping classes to help your family become closer and communicate with each other to strengthen the bond between your family this way CPS will not be able to use any documentation of emotional Behavior that they may have against you with counselor's and licensed social workers we will be able to go to court to fight on your behalf as a social service agency advocating for you that your family and your children are not in any type of danger and that you and your children are under our protective custody with on-site security,24 hour surveillance and receiving the proper treatment to ensure the stability, unity and safety of your family and children as well as every family members constitutional rights
